Ingredients

For 4 Persons

Burgers

350 g Lamb mince
350 g Minced beef
1 piece(s) Onion, finely chopped
1 tsp Oregano
Pepper and Salt
4 big Shawarma sandwiches
1 piece(s) Iceberg lettuce, in strips
1 piece(s) Tomato, pieces
2 piece(s) Spring onion, finely chopped

Yoghurt-cucumber sauce

1 1/5 dl Yoghurt
4 tbsp Cucumber, finely chopped
1/4 tsp Dill
1/4 tsp Mint

Greek burgers with yoghurt-cucumber sauce Directions

    • Mix all ingredients Place the marinade in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to make the taste stand out better.
    • Mix the beef and lamb, the chopped onion, oregano, salt and pepper and make four hamburgers.
    • Place these on the grill rack and grill them until they are done.
    • Just before the meat is ready, put the rolls in until they are warm.
    • Divide the vegetables over the sandwiches and put a hamburger in it. Spoon some of the yoghurt sauce over it.
