Ingredients

For 4 Persons

Vlees

4 Entrecôtes

Marinade

6 tbsp Olive Oil
1 tbsp Lime juice
1 cloves of Garlic, pressed
1 tsp Brown Sugar
1 tbsp Luikse Syrop
1 tbsp Balsamic
piece of Ginger

Marinated entrecote Directions

    • Peel the ginger and cut into quarters.
    • Mix all ingredients for the marinade and pour over the meat.
    • Let marinate for at least 2 hours.
    • Turn the meat regularly.
    • Make sure the grill of the barbecue is very hot before you put the prime rib on it.
    • Roast the meat on both sides for 5 minutes.
    •  Wrap the meat in aluminum foil and let it rest for 10 minutes. Cut the meat into slices and serve with a baked potato.
    • Brush the potato with olive oil, pierce it a few times with a fork and pack together with some Provencal herbs in aluminum foil
    • Let it cook for 45 minutes between the hot coals.
