300 g minced Beef |
300 g Macaroni, short |
1 Onion |
2 clove(s) Garlic |
2 Leek |
1 Bell Pepper |
3 Grape tomatoes |
4 el Ketchup |
1 tl Thyme |
grated Cheese |

1 tl Paprika powder |
1 el Spaghetty or Italian herbs |

Macaroni minced meat Directions
- Put a pan of water on and cook the macaroni according to the cooking instructions on the package.
- Cut the onion, garlic, leek, pepper and tomatoes into pieces. Pour a dash of oil into a pan and fry the onion, garlic, leek and paprika. After about 3-4 minutes, add the tomatoes, herbs and ketchup. Let it simmer for about 10-15 minutes.
- In another pan, fry the minced meat and then add it to the tomato sauce, just like the macaroni. Mix everything well. Spoon the macaroni on two plates and sprinkle some grated cheese and possibly basil over the macaroni.
Recipe notes
If necessary, you can mash the sauce.
You can replace the ketchup with some tomato paste.
