Ingredients

For 2 Persons

2 Brioches

50 g Vegetable Yogurt (or cottage cheese)
1 cs Olive oil
60 g Small spelt flour (or t45 or t55 wheat)
3 f Baking powder
4 carrés Chocolate
Milk
Agave syrup

Express buns with chocolate filling Directions

  1. Mix all the ingredients, and form 2 balls.
  2. Insert 2 squares of chocolate in the middle of each ball and close them well.
  3. Brush with a little warm milk mixed with agave syrup.
  4. Bake for 8 minutes at 180 degrees.

Recipe notes

It is best to eat them right away so they retain their chewiness.
