2 Brioches
50 g Vegetable Yogurt (or cottage cheese) |
1 cs Olive oil |
60 g Small spelt flour (or t45 or t55 wheat) |
3 f Baking powder |
4 carrés Chocolate |
Milk |
Agave syrup |
Express buns with chocolate filling Directions
- Mix all the ingredients, and form 2 balls.
- Insert 2 squares of chocolate in the middle of each ball and close them well.
- Brush with a little warm milk mixed with agave syrup.
- Bake for 8 minutes at 180 degrees.
Recipe notes
It is best to eat them right away so they retain their chewiness.
