15 g White peppercorns |
5 g dried Pink peppercorns |
50 g Breadcrumbs or Panko |

Lamb fillet with pepper and pistachio nuts Directions
- Heat the oven to 220 ° C
- Put the pistachio nuts and peppercorns in a food processor and coarse them, or chop the nuts and crush them with the peppercorns in a mortar.
- Put the mixture in a shallow dish and mix with the breadcrumb.
- Stir in the mustard and garlic. Mix the fillets with this mixture.
- Roast the meat on the rack above a baking dish for 15-20 minutes.
- Remove the meat from the oven, cover, leave to rest for 10 minutes and slice.
- Serve with the spinach leaves and carrots.
