500 g Whole-weat Pasta (Soubry) |
1 kg Asparagus (White and/or Green) |
300 g Ricotta |
150 g Parmesan |
3 Eggs |
1 dash Vegetable bouillon (or 1/2 tbsp of vegetable bouillon pasta) |
100 g Butter |
1 dash Olive Oil |
Salt and freshly ground Black Pepper |
Whole grain spaghetti with asparagus in the oven Directions
- Cook the pasta as indicated on the package
- Meanwhile, make the asparagus cleanser and cut into pieces.

Stir the fresh cheese smoothly with olive oil and season with pepper and salt.
- Mix the drained pasta with half the parmesan and a knob of butter and scoop a layer of the pasta into a buttered oven dish.
Cover with fresh cheese and asparagus and repeat until everything is used up.
Finish with a layer of pasta. -
Beat the eggs with the rest of the parmesan, pepper and salt and pour over the pasta.

Bake for 15 minutes in an oven at 180 ° C preheated
