For 4 Persons

Gehaktbrood

750 g Gehakt
1 Ei
Panko (Japans broodkruim)
Chili Explosion (Santa Maria)
40 g Emmental, geraspt
Peper en zout
1 Ui
1 teen Knoflook

Meatloaf with cheese and chili Directions

    • Mix all ingredients in a bowl so that everything is well mixed.
    • Make a nice round loaf of it.
    • Put some fat in (quite a few) a cooking pot.
    • Once melted, place the meat loaf in it. Let the meatloaf bake on a low heat.
    • Turn around occasionally. But bake with a lid, then it stays juicier.
    • When it is almost finished, put cheese on top and season with some more pepper and chili.
    • Bake +/- 35 minutes
     

Recipe notes

Serve with vegetables and potatoes.
