Nutella |
500 g Flour |
300 g Hot Milk |
80 g White sugar |
30 g Honey |
7 g Dry yeast (double for freshness)⠀ |
120 g Soft Butter |
1 Egg |
Love balls filled with Nutella Directions
- In an ice cube tray, fill 6 nutella cubes and put them in the freezer.⠀
- Mix the yeast and the milkaa
- In another bowl, mix the flour, sugar and honey.⠀
- Then add the milk/yeast. Mix for 5 min⠀
- Gradually add the butter squares and stir until fully incorporated.
- Continue mixing for ~ 5-6 min. The dough will be elastic and a little collante⠀
- Flour a board and knead the dough with your hands. Fold the sides over themselves, this will strengthen your pâte⠀
- Form a ball, put it in an empty saucepan, with wrapping paper on top, let it rest for about 2 heures⠀
- De-gas your dough (just punch it) and knead it one peu⠀
- Cut the dough into 6 pieces and make 6 boules⠀
- Make a hole in each ball and place the nutella cubes in the middle, close the hole and recreate a boule⠀ shape.
- Let the ball rest on a baking sheet. After 30 minutes, paint it with the beaten egg (you can add a teaspoon of milk with the egg). ⠀
- Preheat your oven at 180C⠀
Bake for 16-18 minutes.⠀ - Let it cool for 10 minutes and enjoy this great achievement! ⠀
