100 g Nut Powder |
200 g Flour |
1 tsp Chemical Yeast |
1 snif Fleur de Sel |
50 g Sugar |
135 g Melted butter |
2 Eggs |
200 g Milk Chocolate |
Nut and milk chocolate cookies Directions
- Melt butter. Set aside.
- In the bowl of a mixer, whisk the eggs and sugar. Add the melted butter, hazelnut powder, flour, baking powder and fleur de sel. Mix to obtain a dough. Place in a container, and put in the fridge for at least 4 hours, ideally 1 night.
- Take the dough and incorporate the chopped milk chocolate (do not chop too finely). Make balls of 100 grams.
- Preheat the oven to 180°C. Place the balls of dough on a grid covered with parchment paper (ideally, place the balls of cookies in circles so that they do not spread too much during cooking) and cook for 10 to 11 minutes (the heart is melting, if you want cookies more cooked, extend the cooking time by 3 to 4 minutes).
- Let cool before unmolding and eating.
