20 Tiger shrimps |
Salsa met watermeloen
1 red Onion |
1 el Caster Sugar |
Salt and Pepper |
Cayenne Pepper |
1 Thai pepper, pitted and minced meat |
1/2 Lime juice |
Watermelon |
Olive Oil |

Grilled tiger prawns salsa with watermelon Directions
- Coat the shrimp with the marinade using a brush.
- Pour the rest of the mariande into the dish.
- Put in the fridge for 3 hours.
- Mix the watermelon with the red onion in a bowl.
- Add the sugar, salt, pepper and cayenne pepper. mix carefully.
- Add the lime juice.
- Finish with the coriander.
- Mix gently.
- Put it in the fridge
- Preheat the grill or BBQ. Dab the shrimp. Grill the prawns +/- 3 minutes per side.
- Coat the shrimp with marinada and place on the grill for about 1 minute on each side.
- Divide the shrimp over the plates and serve with the salsa
- Decorate with some coriander.
