Pepper and Salt
Garlic

The Glacé

2 tbsp Berry jelly
2 tbsp Brown sugar
1 tbsp Vinegar
1/4 tsp Clove

Leg of lamb Glacé Directions

    • Season the leg of lamb generously with salt and pepper.
    • If you use garlic, make cuts in the meat and insert small pieces of garlic.
    • Place the leg of lamb in the middle of the grill rack, above the drip pan.
    • Grill for 20 to 22 minutes per 500 g. (66 ° C for medium)
    • If desired, you can cover the leg of lamb with the glacé 20 minutes before the end of the grilling time.
