500 g Pork fillets |
1/2 tsp Koriander graan, grof gemalenCoriander grain, coarse ground |
1/2 tsp Cumin seeds |
1/2 tsp Fennel seed |
1 tsp Saffron threads soaked in 2 tbsp water |
1/2 bunch of Oregano, minced meat |
2 cloves of Garlic, crushed |
1 Bay leaf, finely ground |
1 tsp Red wine vinegar |
1 tsp Sesame oil |
1 tsp Ketjap |
1 Shallot, shredded |
1/2 tsp Cumin |
Pepper and salt |
Marinated pork skewers Directions
- Bake the coriander grain, cumin seeds and fennel seeds in a tefalpan without fat for a minute, then put them in the mortar and grind.
- Put all the ingredients in a bowl
- Cut the pork fillet into cubes and mix them in a mixing bowl with the spices.
- Mix everything well together and season with salt and pepper.
- Let it rest for 2 hours in the refrigerator.
- Make brochettes with it that you can grill for 2 minutes on each side.
