Ingrediënts
1 kg Lamb meat, in 4 cm pieces |
Marinade
2 1/2 dl Olive oil or other vegetable oil |
1 1/5 dl Red Wine Vinegar |
2 tbsp Lemon juice |
1 handful Orange peel gesture |
1 piece(s) Spring onion, finely chopped |
1/2 tsp Cinnamon, ground |
1/4 tsp Clove, ground |
Oriental lamb kebabs Directions
- Prepare the orange marinade by mixing all its ingredients well.
- Pour it over the lamb meat in a low glass baking dish or plastic bag.
- Leave in the fridge for 4 to 6 hours or overnight.
- Drain the marinade and keep aside.
- Place the lamb on skewers (metals).
- Place the kebabs on the grill rack and grill them depending on how cooked you want them. +/- 20 to 25 minutes for medium.
- Brush the kebabs with the rest of the marinade during grilling and turn them halfway through the grilling time.
Recipe notes
If yu use wooden stick, soaks them first in water.
