10 cloves of Garlic |

3 tbsp Rosemary |
2 tbsp White Wine Vinegar |
tbsp Dragon Vinegar |

Rosemary-garlic marinade Directions
- Place 10 cloves of garlic in a baking dish and pour over 4 tablespoons of olive oil.
- Roast the garlic in the center of the oven for 20 minutes until it is light brown and soft.
- During roasting, stir the look regularly (4 times).
- Allow the garlic mixture to cool
- Press the cooked look out of the sheets.
- Puree the look in the kitchen robot together with the oil that remains in the baking dish.
- Add 1 dl olive oil, 3 tbsp finely chopped rosemary, 2 tbsp white wine vinegar, 1 tbsp tarragon vinegar and pepper puree until homogeneous.

Laat in deze marinade kip, varkens- of lamsvlees minstens 2 uur marineren.
