Pour 4 Personnes

Marinade

10 cloves of Garlic
Olive Oil
3 tbsp Rosemary
2 tbsp White Wine Vinegar
tbsp Dragon Vinegar
Pepper

Rosemary-garlic marinade Instructions

    • Place 10 cloves of garlic in a baking dish and pour over 4 tablespoons of olive oil.
    • Roast the garlic in the center of the oven for 20 minutes until it is light brown and soft.
    • During roasting, stir the look regularly (4 times).
       
    • Allow the garlic mixture to cool
    • Press the cooked look out of the sheets.
         
    • Puree the look in the kitchen robot together with the oil that remains in the baking dish.
          
    • Add 1 dl olive oil, 3 tbsp finely chopped rosemary, 2 tbsp white wine vinegar, 1 tbsp tarragon vinegar and pepper puree until homogeneous.
     

Notes recette

Laat in deze marinade kip, varkens- of lamsvlees minstens 2 uur marineren.
