100 g Goat cheese, in cubes |
100 g Breydel bacon |

1 tbsp Honey |
1 tbsp Red Winevinegar |
1 dl Olive Oil, extra virgin |
Chicory lettuce from goat cheese and bacon Directions
Halve the rinsed endive stems and cut out the hard part.
Cut the chicory halves lengthwise into strip.

Wash and pick the watercress and mix them with the chicory strips.
Cut the bacon into cubes and fry until crispy in the pan.
Mix the honey with the vinegar.
Add the olive oil while stirring and season the vinaigrette with salt and pepper.
