4 clove(s) of Garlic, thinly sliced |
50 g Almond flakes, roasted |
1 stem(s) Lemongrass, finely sliced |
1 dl Olive Oil |
1 dl Soya oil |
1/4 dl Rice vinegar |
Marinated salmon with fried lettuce and garlic Directions
Marinate the salmon in the olive oil, vinegar and soy sauce with finely chopped lemongrass
Let stand for at least half an hour
Stew the lettuce together with the garlic
Add the almond flakes
Season with pepper and salt

Place the salmon on the stewed lettuce and sprinkle with a little marinade
