Ingrediënten

400 g Salmon,, in slices
4 clove(s) of Garlic, thinly sliced
50 g Almond flakes, roasted
1 stem(s) Lemongrass, finely sliced
1 dl Olive Oil
1 dl Soya oil
1/4 dl Rice vinegar

Marinated salmon with fried lettuce and garlic Instructions

    Marinate the salmon in the olive oil, vinegar and soy sauce with finely chopped lemongrass
    Let stand for at least half an hour
     
    Stew the lettuce together with the garlic
    Add the almond flakes
    Season with pepper and salt

    Bake the salmon strips on both sides for 1 minute
    Place the salmon on the stewed lettuce and sprinkle with a little marinade
