A pissaladière is a typical Provençal pizza from Nice. The main ingredients of this French lunch or snack are anchovies, olives and candied onion.

1 rectangular Pizza dough |
2 el Mascarpone |
2 el Sour Cream |
Lui Wijvenzout (Lazy wife salt) |
1 teentje(s) Garlic, pressed |

10 Cherry tomatoes |
100 g Artichokes, grilled |
100 g Anchovies in oil |
16 Black Olives |
Pissaladière Directions
- Preheat the oven to 220°C.
- Mix the mascarpone with sour cream, season with the crushed garlic, pepper and salt.
- Finely chop 5 onions into half-moons and sauté them glazed with a pinch of salt in olive oil.
- Put the lid on the pan and let caramelize for 10 minutes.
- Heat a pizza stone in the hot oven.
- Roll out the dough on the baking sheet of the stone.
- Spread the dough with the mascarpone mixture. Season with lazy wives salt.
- Add the caramelized onions and top with artichokes and cherry tomatoes.
- Spread the anchovies on top.
- Pitted the olives and add. Put this +/-10 minutes in the oven at 220°C.
- Chop a small clove of garlic and a fillet of anchovies as finely as possible.

Lui Wijvenzout = Lazy wives salt from Les Senteurs du Soleil (Salernes), a blend of Black Pepper, Provencal herbs and sea salt.
