200 g Chocolate |
50 g Flour |
3 Eggs |
250 g Condesned Milk, sugar |
20 g Butter |
Chocolate fondant cake Directions
- Heat the chocolate and butter au bain marie (or microwave)
- Mix the eggs and condensed milk, add the chocolate and flour
- Mix until smooth and homogeneous
- Pour the dough into the mold and bake between 12 & 15 min at 180 degrees
- Let cool completely before removing from the mold and eating.
