Fried prawns with ginger and honey Directions
Place the prawns for 1 hour in a marinade of thyme, ginger, honey, garlic, grated lime zest, lime juice and olive oil.
Then fry them in a pan.
Arrange the iceberg lettuce on a large plate.
Pour a little marinade on top and place the prawns on top.
Garnish with lime wedges if necessary.
