20 piece(s) Gambas
1 tbsp Thym
1 tbsp Parsley, minced
1 tsp Honey
2 piece(s) Juice and gesture from lime
2 dl Olive Oil
1 clove(s) of Garlic, pressed
182 piece(s) Lettuce
1 tsp Coarse sea salt

Fried prawns with ginger and honey Instructions

    Place the prawns for 1 hour in a marinade of thyme, ginger, honey, garlic, grated lime zest, lime juice and olive oil.
    Then fry them in a pan.
     
    Arrange the iceberg lettuce on a large plate.
    Pour a little marinade on top and place the prawns on top.
    Garnish with lime wedges if necessary.
