Ingredienten

2 slice(s) old Ciabatta bread
4 piece(s) ripe Tomatoes, wedges
1/3 piece(s) Cucumber
1 piece(s) Red onion, in rings
15 g Chervil
100 g Black olives, pitted
2 tbsp Capers
4 tbsp Olive Oil, extra virgin
1 1/2 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
1 piece(s) Lemon juice
1 tsp Sugar
Pepper and Salt
100 g Arugula
Basil

Panzanella Directions

    Place bread, tomato, cucumber, onion and parsley in a large bowl.
    Add olives, capers, olive oil, vinegar, lemon juice, sugar, salt and pepper and stir well.
     
    Let the salad stand for 1 hour and serve.
