3 tbsp Tomatoes sauce
1 piece(s) Tomato(es)
100 g Mozzarella
8 piece(s) Anchovy
8 piece(s) Olives
1 tbsp Oregano, fresh
1 handful Arugula (option)
20 g Parmesan
Black pepper
2 piece(s) Mushrooms, sliced

Pizza Napolitana Directions

  1. Slice tomato, mushrooms and mozzarella
  2. Unroll the pizza dough and place with the baking paper on a baking sheet.
  3. Brush the dough with the tomato sauce and put slices of tomato, mazarella and mushrooms on top.
  4. Then you put the anchovies and olives on top and sprinkle with oregano.
  5. Bake the pizza for 15-20 minutes in a preheated oven at 200 ° C.
  6. Before serving, sprinkle with arugula, parmesan flakes and black pepper from the mill.
