Pizza doesn't always have to be with tomato sauce. This delicious pizza with mascarpone, sour cream, scampi and zucchini is wonderfully different.

12 Scampi, cleaned |
1/2 Zucchini |
1 rectangular pizza dough |
75 g Mascarpone |
75 g Sour Cream |
150 g Mozzarella, grated |
1 el Italian herbs |
1 teentje(s) Garlic, pressed |
1/2 Lemon juice |
Olive Oil |

Pizza bianco with zucchini and scampi Directions
- Preheat the oven to 200°C. Mix 2 tablespoons of olive oil with lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper and marinate the scampi in this for about five minutes.
- Rinse and cut the zucchini into thin slices.
- Mix the mascarpone with the sour cream and crushed garlic. Season with salt and pepper.
- Spread the mascarpone sauce over the pizza bases and sprinkle with grated mozzarella.
- Top with zucchini slices and scampi. Season with Italian herbs and add some more grated mozzarella. Drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake the pizzas in the oven for 15 minutes until golden brown. Finish with a handful of arugula.
Notes
