Baby lobster with provencal herbs Directions

    • Cut the lobsters in half and marinate them with the herbs and olive oil.
    • Place the lobsters between a barbecue clamp and place them in the hot coals for 2 minutes.
    • Place the barbecue on top of the grid and let the lobsters continue to cook for 3 minutes.
    • Turn them for a moment and serve when the meat is cooked.

This simple method of preparing lobster ensures that the natural taste of the lobster is preserved.
