4 Pitta breads
1 crop Iceberg lettuce
1 Carrot
1/2 Cucumber
1/2 Red Paprika
2 Pipe onion
1 tbsp Fresh Mint
1 dl Alpro Yogurt
1 tbsp Grain mustard
1 tbsp Tomato ketchup
1 Red onion, finely chopped
1 tbsp Fresh dragon, minced meat
1 tbsp Parsley, minced meat
Pepper and salt

Vegetarian pitta with yogurt dressing Directions

  1. Mix the Alpro Soy yogurt with the mustard, ketchup, curry powder and fresh herbs.
  2. Season with pepper and salt.
  3. Cut all the vegetables very thinly for the filling and mix them together.
  4. Heat the pita bread in the oven and fill it with the salad.
  5. Drizzle the dressing over it.
