16 Lasagna sheets
1 Red Onion
250 g Ricotta
20 cl Cream
150 g Bacon cubes
2 clove(s) Garlic
1 Zucchini
raped Emmentaler
Pepper and Salt

Lasagna carbonara with zucchini Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
  2. Fry the bacon strips for about 5 minutes until crispy, in a saucepan.
  3. Meanwhile, finely chop the garlic and red onion. Add the onion and cook with the bacon, then add the garlic.
  4. Deglaze with the cream. Then add the ricotta and season with some pepper, salt if necessary. Be careful because the bacon may have already salted the sauce.
  5. Cut the zucchini into thin slices and fry them in some olive oil in a grill pan. Do it in different batches.
  6. Put a little sauce on the bottom of the baking dish.
  7. Top with a layer of lasagna sheets, a layer of zucchini, then sauce again, then lasagna sheet, zucchini and so on. The top layer is topped with sauce and sprinkled with grated cheese.
  8. Then the lasagna can go into the oven for about 20-30 minutes.
