8 slices Waldkorn bread
2 Peaches
200 ml Water
200 g Sugar
10 Walnuts
8 slices Gorgonzola
8 leaves Basil

  1. Boil the sugar and water and cook in the peaches briefly.
  2. Remove the peaches from the water and let them cool.
  3. Then peel the peaches and cut into slices.
  4. Cut the crusts off the slices of bread and cover them with the peaches.
  5. Grind the walnuts in the blender and sprinkle on the peaches.
  6. Put two basil leaves on top and finish with the gorgonzola slices.
  7. Put a slice of bread back on top and grill them in the croque-monsieur machine.
