Garlic steak Instructions
- Cut away too much fat on the steaks.
- Cut each garlic clove into quarters.
- Make notches on the side of each steak with a sharp knife and cut to the middle of the steak. Insert a piece of garlic into each notch.
- Place the steaks on the grill rack and grill them on one side first. Turn the steaks and grill until the desired doneness is achieved.
