4 Eggs |
1 tbsp Milk |
15 g Butter |
1/2 Red onion, in strips |
1/2 Red bell pepper, in strips |
100 g Chorizo, sliced |
1/2 Red chili |
fresh Oregano |
Omelet Chorizo Instructions
- Beat the eggs with the milk and season with salt and pepper
- Melt the butter in a non-stick pan and feed the onion, pepper and chilli pepper.
- Bake until everything is soft.
- Add the chorizo and fry well.
- Add the eggs and stir until the eggs have just set.
- Sprinkle with chopped oregano and serve warm with a salad.
