50 g Mushrooms |
50 g Stuffed Olives, pimento, sliced |
1 piece(s) small onion, chopped |
5 tbsp Green Bell Pepper, finely chopped |
1 piece(s) Egg, beaten |
Pepper and Salt |

Stuffed Sirloin Instructions
- Lay the meat flat and cut away the excess fat.
- Mix the olives, chamipgnons, croûtons, peppers, onion and the egg.
- Place this mixture in the center of the meat so that it can be rolled up and the mixture enclosed.Roll up the meat and fasten it with a butcher string with spaces of +/- 2 1/2 cm
- Season the meat with salt and pepper from the grinder.
- Place the meat on the grill above the drip tray.
- While grilling, baste the meat with wine.
- Grill until the meat is cooked (+/- 1 1/2 hours).
