8 Egg yolks |
60 cl Cream 40% |
60 cl Milk |
200 g Flour Sugar |
2 tl Vanilla |
8 Kinderbueno |

Vanilla Ice Cream buche with maltesers and children's Bueno Instructions
- Bring milk to boiling point.
- Mix egg yolks with the powdered sugar until white.
- Pour the hot milk onto the egg mixture.
- Put back into the saucepan and heat until mixture sticks to a wooden spoon when you draw a line in it with your finger. DO NOT let it boil.
- Let cool and then mix in the vanilla paste.
- Have the ice cream turned in an ice cream maker.
- Pour ice cream into a cake mold (put baking paper in the mold for easy removal), place children's buenos inverted on al bottom. Freeze.
- Melt chocolate and pour on something cold, stainless steel plate or stone work surface and load cool. Not too thin. Scrape off and place on top of ice buche. Decorate with maltez and children's bueno, merengues.
