Yoghurt-cucumber sauce
1 1/5 dl Yoghurt |
4 tbsp Cucumber, finely chopped |
1/4 tsp Dill |
1/4 tsp Mint |
Greek burgers with yoghurt-cucumber sauce Instructions
- Mix all ingredients Place the marinade in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to make the taste stand out better.
- Mix the beef and lamb, the chopped onion, oregano, salt and pepper and make four hamburgers.
- Place these on the grill rack and grill them until they are done.
- Just before the meat is ready, put the rolls in until they are warm.
