Ingredienten

4 stu(s) Salmon fillets (+/- 150g)
Olive Oil
2 piece() Onion, in half rings
4 piece(s) Tomatoes, in cubes
200 g Feta
12 piece(s) Oilves
4 Twig(s) of Thym
Pepper and salt

Salmon with pesto olives and feta in the oven Instructions

    Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
     
    Heat olive oil in a frying pan, fry the onion and tomatoes and season with salt and black pepper.
     
    Put the mixture in a baking dish, place the salmon slices on top and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Crumble the feta over the salmon and sprinkle with olive oil, olives and thyme.
     
    Place the baking dish in a preheated oven for approximately 15 minutes.
