Ingredienten

800 g Lamb meat
Pepper and Salt
4 tbsp Olive Oil, extra virgin
3 tbsp liquid Honey
2 tbsp Cider vinegar
6 piece(s) Plum tomatoes, each cut into segments
200 g Feta
12 piece(s) Dates, halved and pitted
4 piece(s) Spring onion, in rings
1 handful Olives
1 juice Lemon

Lamb meat salad with honey dressing Instructions

    • Preheat the oven to 180 ° C
    • Season the meat with salt and pepper and rub it in with 1 spoon of olive oil.
    • Heat an ovenproof pan and fry the lamb on high heat until brown on all sides.
    • Place the pan in the oven and roast the meat for 4 to 10 minutes. (After 4 minutes the meat is medium, after 10 minutes it is well cooked. This is to choose to everyone's taste)
    • Let the meat rest for 10 minutes.
    • For the dressing, put the honey and cider vinegar in the still warm pan and let the mixture boil bubbling.
    • Pour it into a cup and add 2 spoons of oil and some pepper and salt.
    • Mix the tomatoes, feta, dates, spring onions, olives and the rest of the oil and let the mixture stand for a minute.
    • Then add some lemon juice.
    • Divide the salad on the plates.
    • Cut thin slices of lamb and place on the salad and then pour some dressing on top.
