1 Aubergine
1 Courgette
1 Rode Paprika, ontzaaden gehalveerd
2 el Olijfolie
50 g Pesto
100 g Ricotta
20 g Parmezaan, geraspt
4 lapjes Rosbief

Mediterranean Club Sandwich Instructions

    • Remove the bell pepper peel

    • Finish with eggplant.
