Ingredienten

500 g Pasta Fettucini
200 g Smoked Salmon, in fine slices
2 Lemons Bio
250 ml Cream

Fettuccine with smoked salmon Instructions

    • Boil a large bowl. Add the pasta and some salt. And let it cook as indicated on the package.
    • Melt the butter on a medium heat in a pan and fry the salmon.
    • Shake the pan occasionally so that the butter covers the salmon nicely everywhere.
    • Add a first spoon of lemon zest and the cream.
    • Simmer together until the fish is ready. A few minutes will suffice.
    • Meanwhile drain the pasta and keep warm.
    • When the salmon is ready, put the pasta in a pan with the remaining lemon zest.
    • You can now possibly finish with salmon eggs.
