3 tbsp Tomatoes sauce
1 piece(s) Tomato(es)
100 g Mozzarella
8 piece(s) Anchovy
8 piece(s) Olives
1 tbsp Oregano, fresh
1 handful Arugula (option)
20 g Parmesan
Black pepper
2 piece(s) Mushrooms, sliced

Pizza Napolitana . Instructions

    • Slice tomato, mushrooms and mozzarella
    • Unroll the pizza dough and place with the baking paper on a baking sheet.
    • Brush the dough with the tomato sauce and put slices of tomato, mazarella and mushrooms on top.
    • Then you put the anchovies and olives on top and sprinkle with oregano.
    • Bake the pizza for 15-20 minutes in a preheated oven at 200 ° C.
    • Before serving, sprinkle with arugula, parmesan flakes and black pepper from the mill.
    • Cover with a little olive oil.
     

Notes recette
