500 g Pasta Fettucini |
200 g Smoked Salmon, in fine slices |
2 Lemons Bio |
250 ml Cream |
Fettuccine with smoked salmon Instructions
- Boil a large bowl. Add the pasta and some salt. And let it cook as indicated on the package.
- Melt the butter on a medium heat in a pan and fry the salmon.
- Shake the pan occasionally so that the butter covers the salmon nicely everywhere.
- Add a first spoon of lemon zest and the cream.

Simmer together until the fish is ready. A few minutes will suffice.

Meanwhile drain the pasta and keep warm.

When the salmon is ready, put the pasta in a pan with the remaining lemon zest.

You can now possibly finish with salmon eggs.
