Pour 4 Personnes

Ingredienten

6 piece(s) Potatoes
1 tsp Paprika Powder
1/2 cloves of Garlic
2 piece(s) Eggs
White Wine Vinegar
1 tbsp Musterd
20 cl Rapeseed oil
1 piece(s) Onion
tbsp Capers
2 piece(s) Sweet Sour Pickles
1 tbsp Ketchup
800 g minced beef
4 piece(s) Hamburger Buns
Iceberg salat

Double cheeseburger Instructions

    Cut the potatoes into moons.
    Season with 1 tsp paprika powder, 1 tsp garlic powder, pepper and salt.
    Add olive oil and mix.
     
    Place them on baking paper and put in the oven at 220 ° C for 25 minutes. 
     
    Mix 2 eggs, 1 tbsp mustard and white wine vinegar.
    Season with pepper and salt.

    Add 20cl rapeseed oil and mix.
    Finely chop 1 onion, 2 pickles and 1el capers.
    Add 1el of ketchup and 6el of mayonnaise.
     
    Make 8 balls and season with salt and pepper on both sides.
    Press them flat on the baking sheet and let them cook like this.
    Fry the onion
     
    Finely chop some iceberg lettuce.
     
    Flip the burgers.
    Place cheddar on the burgers.
    Put another citizen on top of this.
     
    Bake the buns in a dry hot pan. 
     
    Spread sauce on the lower part
    Place hamburger on it
    put onions and iceberg salad on the burger.
    Maybe extra sauce 
    Serve with the potatoe wedges
