4 Pitta breads |
1 crop Iceberg lettuce |
1 Carrot |
1/2 Cucumber |
1/2 Red Paprika |
2 Pipe onion |
1 tbsp Fresh Mint |
1 dl Alpro Yogurt |
1 tbsp Grain mustard |
1 tbsp Tomato ketchup |
1 Red onion, finely chopped |
1 tbsp Fresh dragon, minced meat |
1 tbsp Parsley, minced meat |

Vegetarian pitta with yogurt dressing Instructions
- Mix the Alpro Soy yogurt with the mustard, ketchup, curry powder and fresh herbs.
- Season with pepper and salt.
- Cut all the vegetables very thinly for the filling and mix them together.
- Heat the pita bread in the oven and fill it with the salad.
- Drizzle the dressing over it.
