Pizza doesn't always have to be with tomato sauce. This delicious pizza with mascarpone, sour cream, scampi and zucchini is wonderfully different.

12 Scampi, cleaned
1/2 Zucchini
1 rectangular pizza dough
75 g Mascarpone
75 g Sour Cream
150 g Mozzarella, grated
1 el Italian herbs
1 teentje(s) Garlic, pressed
1/2 Lemon juice
Olive Oil
Pepper and Salt

Pizza bianco with zucchini and scampi Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C. Mix 2 tablespoons of olive oil with lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper and marinate the scampi in this for about five minutes.
  2. Rinse and cut the zucchini into thin slices.
  3. Mix the mascarpone with the sour cream and crushed garlic. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Spread the mascarpone sauce over the pizza bases and sprinkle with grated mozzarella.
  5. Top with zucchini slices and scampi. Season with Italian herbs and add some more grated mozzarella. Drizzle with olive oil.
  6. Bake the pizzas in the oven for 15 minutes until golden brown. Finish with a handful of arugula.
