8 slices Farmer's bread |
Butter |
2 tbsp Grain Mustard |
2 Beef tomatoes, sliced |
2 Shallots, in rings |
Arugula |
Coarse salt and freshly ground pepper |
Olive Oil |
Steak sandwich with tomato and mustard Instructions
- Heat a grill pan with olive oil and fry the steak for 2 minutes per side.
- Meanwhile, spread olive oil, balsamic vinegar and mustard on 4 slices of bread and top with shallot, tomato and arugula.
- Sprinkle a little balsamic vinegar over the tomato.
- Place the steak on top and season with salt and pepper.
