16 sheets Lasagne
4 steal(s) Prei
1 Red Bell Pepper
1 Pointed pepper
Pepper, salt and nutmeg
1 tl Sage
1 tl Marjoram
1 tl Rosemary
400 g Smoked salmon, in slices
50 g Pecorino
1/2 tl Paprika
1/4 tl Cayenne pepper

Leek and smoked salmon lasagne Instructions

  1. Stew the leeks in some fat. Add cream. Season with pepper, salt, nutmeg, paprika, sage, marjoram, rosemary and some pecorino.
  2. Grease an oven dish with some fat.
  3. Fill the dish alternately with lasagne sheets, leek sauce, smoked salmon, ... Repeat, but finish with leek sauce.
  4. Finish off with the grated cheese.
  5. Put in the oven for +/- 20 min. at 180° until the cheese is nicely coloured.
