Pepper, salt and nutmeg |
1 tl Sage |
1 tl Marjoram |
1 tl Rosemary |
400 g Smoked salmon, in slices |
50 g Pecorino |
1/2 tl Paprika |
1/4 tl Cayenne pepper |
Leek and smoked salmon lasagne Instructions
- Stew the leeks in some fat. Add cream. Season with pepper, salt, nutmeg, paprika, sage, marjoram, rosemary and some pecorino.
- Grease an oven dish with some fat.
- Fill the dish alternately with lasagne sheets, leek sauce, smoked salmon, ... Repeat, but finish with leek sauce.
- Finish off with the grated cheese.
- Put in the oven for +/- 20 min. at 180° until the cheese is nicely coloured.
