4 Steaks, sirloin +/- 1a00g
8 slices Farmer's bread
Butter
2 tbsp Grain Mustard
2 Beef tomatoes, sliced
2 Shallots, in rings
Arugula
Coarse salt and freshly ground pepper
Olive Oil

Steak sandwich with tomato and mustard Instructions

    • Heat a grill pan with olive oil and fry the steak for 2 minutes per side.
    • Meanwhile, spread olive oil, balsamic vinegar and mustard on 4 slices of bread and top with shallot, tomato and arugula.
    • Sprinkle a little balsamic vinegar over the tomato.
    • Place the steak on top and season with salt and pepper.
