Lasagna carbonara with zucchini Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
- Fry the bacon strips for about 5 minutes until crispy, in a saucepan.
- Meanwhile, finely chop the garlic and red onion. Add the onion and cook with the bacon, then add the garlic.
- Deglaze with the cream. Then add the ricotta and season with some pepper, salt if necessary. Be careful because the bacon may have already salted the sauce.
- Cut the zucchini into thin slices and fry them in some olive oil in a grill pan. Do it in different batches.
- Put a little sauce on the bottom of the baking dish.
- Top with a layer of lasagna sheets, a layer of zucchini, then sauce again, then lasagna sheet, zucchini and so on. The top layer is topped with sauce and sprinkled with grated cheese.
- Then the lasagna can go into the oven for about 20-30 minutes.
