Ingrediënts

4 Tortilla sheets
3 tbsp Mayonnaise light or Olive oil
1 tbsp Yogurt
1 tbsp Grain mustard
2 tbsp Dragon, minced
2 Carrot, grated
cup White cabbage, grated
1 bunch Watercress
1 double Chicken fillet, in strips

Tortilla wrap with chicken salad Instructions

    • Bake the chicken strips in a pan or wok and extinguish them with the sesame oil, keep them warm.
    • Mix the mayonnaise with yogurt, mustard and tarragon leaves.
    • Season with pepper and salt.
    • Heat the tortilla sheets in a pan (without oil) and place them on a piece of butter paper.
    • Spread them with the mayonnaise dressing.
    • Arrange carrot, white cabbage, watercress and chicken on the tortilla skins and season with salt and pepper.
    • Roll the tortillas tightly using the butter paper and tighten the ends tightly.
    • Cut them.
     
     

Notes recette

You can also wrap them in plastic wrap and keep them in the fridge to take to work.
