4 Tortilla sheets |
3 tbsp Mayonnaise light or Olive oil |
1 tbsp Yogurt |
1 tbsp Grain mustard |
2 tbsp Dragon, minced |
2 Carrot, grated |
cup White cabbage, grated |
1 bunch Watercress |
1 double Chicken fillet, in strips |
Tortilla wrap with chicken salad Instructions
- Bake the chicken strips in a pan or wok and extinguish them with the sesame oil, keep them warm.
- Mix the mayonnaise with yogurt, mustard and tarragon leaves.
- Season with pepper and salt.
- Heat the tortilla sheets in a pan (without oil) and place them on a piece of butter paper.
- Spread them with the mayonnaise dressing.
- Arrange carrot, white cabbage, watercress and chicken on the tortilla skins and season with salt and pepper.
- Roll the tortillas tightly using the butter paper and tighten the ends tightly.
- Cut them.
Notes recette
You can also wrap them in plastic wrap and keep them in the fridge to take to work.
