Ingrediënten

500 g Minced meat
18 Lasagne sheets (Bertagni)
1 Onion
2 clove(s) Garlic
2 Mozzarella
1 bottle(s) Tomato pasata
2 tbsp Breadcrumbs
150 g Ricotta
Grana Padano, grated
Olive Oil
Pepper and salt

Lasagne with meatballs Instructions

  1. Peel and chop the onion. Heat olive oil in a pan and fry the onion. Divide the minced meat into two mounds. Add half of the minced meat to the onion and fry until loose.

    Add the tomato passata to the meat.

    Mix the ricotta with some cream pepper and salt and add Grana Padano to taste.

    Preheat the oven to 180°C.

    Put a scoop of the tomato sauce in a baking dish, top with a lasagna sheet, a layer of sauce, ricotta mixture and the diced mozzarella. Repeat until all ingredients are used up. Finish with a layer of ricotta, mozzarella pieces, top with basil leaves and sprinkle with grated Grana Padano.
