1 1/2 kg Pork steaks (2-3 cm thick) |
2 clove(s) of Garlic |
dried rosemary and / or thyme |
the glazing
1 1/5 dl Soy sauce |
1 3/4 dl Ketchup |
18 dl Honey |
3 clove(s) of Garlic, pressed |
1/4 tl Tabasco |
Pork chops on the BBQ Aanwijzingen
- Wipe the pork steaks with a damp cloth.
- Sprinkle them royal with garlic powder (or smear them with a fresh clove), salt and pepper and mashed rosemary or thyme.
- Place them on the grill rack and grill for 5 minutes on each side.
- Coat them with BBQ glass (mix ingredients) and grill them until they are fully cooked. About another ten minutes on each side.
- When turning, cover the patches again with the BQQ glaze.
- Serve with the rest of the glacé.
